So lately I've been trying to take a walk around 8:30 or 9:00 PM to de-stress. It's wonderful, it's the sun is starting to go down, it's cooling off, the fireflies come out! It smells delicious because we live by the country and the air smells so great. Oh, I love it!
I highly recommend walks at night for anyone who has trouble sleeping due to anxiety or restless leg syndrome-not that I am a doctor, but it helps me!
